Shared housing, holidays, weekends, party, gift in common … There are always small debts during events between friends or family.

With the application Friendly Budget, expenses written down on pieces of paper that get lost is over and money conflicts between participants at the end of the event are avoided!

Friendly Budget allows you to easily manage a budget between friends. Just enter your expenses realized throughout your journey, specify the payer and the recipients of the expenditure, then the application cashes up automatically, and indicates paybacks to carry out by each.

Detailed features:

When adding an expense, define the payer, and the recipients
Group concept allows you to group people by affinity (couples, families, …) and so to calculate the debt per person and per group
Add as a person or group that you want
Summary of all expenses realized (with many possible sorting)
Summary of debts of everyone, automatically updated with the addition of an expense
Summary of paybacks to perform (minimizing the number of transactions)
Going abroad? No problem, the application handles all currencies that exist, and takes into account the conversion rate in its calculations
Send by email a summary of debts (only available on the Windows Phone 7 version)

Expenses

List all expenses made during the event.

Many sortings are available: by name, by date, by amount, by category and by currency.
Available actions

By selecting a person, group or expense, a context menu opens.

You can easily add, view, modify or delete data.
Add an expense

Enter a title and the amount of expenses with his currency, and beneficiaries.
Recipients of an expense

Select easily the recipients of an expense.
Expenses per person

List all expenses realized by a person during event.

Below, see also the amount paid by this person.

Many sortings are available: by name, by date, by amount, by category and by currency.
Real cost

List all expenses for which the person is recipient. For each expense, the real cost per recipient is stated.

Real cost = cost / number of recipients

Below, visualize also the real cost of the event for this person. This cost represents the amount paid by the person at the end of the event, ie once everyone has repaid its debts.
Configuration

Easily manage foreign currencies.
Accounting

At the end of event, look at the paybacks to do by each.

The application calculates automatically, minimizing the number of transactions.
